Not the best for cats
This product is fine. I used it to introduce a new cat into the house. Regardless of size, my younger cat jumped over it, but my older cat didn't bother. The assembly is quite a hassle, although I figured out exactly where to place the lamp on it, getting it to stay close to the wall was difficult. However, after a few minutes I managed to do it with difficulty. It didn't leave any marks on the wall, which is a plus, but not the best in terms of functionality. If it wasn't so big I would return it. If you use it on dogs or children I'm sure it will give the best result.
