At work, I use the Logitech Stereo Headset H390. They are $300 more expensive, but they fit much better on the ears, sit much better on the ears, and fit completely. They have pads adjacent to the ears that move, which makes them suitable for different ears with varying degrees of protrusion:) They offer a higher level of comfort. My only regret is that I did not purchase any of them for my house. Got pros: A good microphone, with on/off and volume control buttons conveniently located on the cord itself. They aren't heavy, so you can sit in them for a long period without your head getting bored of the position. Although this is a benefit of not having ears, it is also a consequence of their absence. Ears do not sweat. The fit is terrible, and they press heavily on the ears. They do not fit completely, they are not particularly comfortable in them from a purely physical standpoint, and as a consequence, they do not block any more noise at all. I am continuously compelled to fix them and bring them closer to my ears in some fashion.
