I have used many USB WiFi adapters over the years. Her performance was acceptable but nothing special. Finding a decent dual-band desktop adapter for Linux can be difficult. If you are a Linux user and need a desktop adapter, look no further. The thing works perfectly. I am using kernel 3.8.2. I achieve amazing speeds with it. It outperforms the previous Rosewill N150 adapter I used. The only reason I removed the star is for the antenna. The antenna works perfectly - I have no complaints about its functionality. However, the cable is very rigid. Wall mounting is a breeze with the included wall bracket. It works, but the antenna is so light and the cable so stiff that it's difficult to get a proper fit. Has fallen off the bracket before.
