I love these luggage racks. We have a mix of plaster and drywall on the wall that we used, but the stud was exactly where we wanted it to be, so it was pretty easy to install (although the spacing between the screw holes on the top could be a bit too large). wide for a few rivets? The lack of an o-ring makes tightening uncomfortable and 2) There are 5 washers in the kit (2 small and 3 large. The instructions included show small washers to be used with two hex bolts along the arm, but nowhere does it mention, list or show the other three washers. We're of them Assumed they would be used with wall mount screws so we did that but maybe add that to your instructions The listing picture shows 3 washers which doesn't help 3) The listing shows 3 hex screws if you only need 2.4) The ones supplied Screws were hidden. In what reality will they work? The listing shows nuts with a delay, which is quite logical. Countersunk screws are completely useless because you want them to sit flat on the wall mount. I ended up finding some head screws from my own stash to use.
