SECOND UPDATE. I was contacted by the seller and asked to review my initial quote. They offered to send us a new jacket as the original fell apart shortly after purchase. Well I did it on their promise to replace the faulty product. A FEW MONTHS LATER THERE IS NO REPLACEMENT, so I'm back to my original review! If you have to lie to your customers to get good reviews, it's not the best way to do business! UPDATE: After speaking to Queenmore, they offered to replace the coat (which we LOVE) and offered a refund. I'm increasing my stars in the rating as I feel this is a quality control issue they are solving. We LOVE this coat and look forward to the replacement they offered to ship. First Class Companion!Although the coat is cute, the velcro on the belly is already torn. I'm so disappointed in this. I should try to find another coat that doesn't fall apart in a month.
