I bought this cabin filter for my Volkswagen Golf R. I was looking for a carbon filter that could improve the air quality in my cabin. sealed bag, and the filter itself seems very durable and does not emit any unpleasant odors. It fits perfectly in the compartment for him in my Golf. After running it for a week, I noticed a noticeable improvement in air odor compared to the old OEM filter I had previously that hadn't been changed in a while. I didn't notice any new smells from the ventilation, just clean fresh air. I would definitely recommend this product as it is 1/4 the price of a dealer listed OEM filter and was easy to install on my Golf R myself.
