Review on DEPO 332-50013-370 Tailgate Handle Replacement (High-Quality Aftermarket Product, Not OEM) by Dave Butler

It looks very good in the photos but when I had it on my truck I was very disappointed. Firstly, no matter what I did and no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't align the lock with the hole in the bezel making it appear like it was there. It definitely looks like a very poorly crafted bezel and lock. Second, what I think is much worse, the lock doesn't work as it should. Whatever position I put the lock in, the trunk handle still moves enough to open the trunk. I'm disappointed that I spent money on this and not just an OEM frame replacement that would have been about $10 cheaper. Don't waste your money on this product. Looks like I've returned to the market for a lock and tailgate bezel.
