Contrary to some other reviews, I had no trouble straightening mine. Yes, it took a minute or two to bend it the opposite way, but that's not a problem. I use it right on the grass in my yard without clogging it with thorns or anything. And hit with irons, wedges etc. No problem. It might move forward a little after a few hits, but that's not a problem, just stick it with a stick. I hit 50-100 balls a day and so far I haven't seen any wear. I don't expect it to last a lifetime but at this price I might buy another when it wears out.
