This vapor is great and easy to use. All you have to do is pour water on the bottom with lemons and spices to add flavor to the dishes. It has 3 different trays and you can put 3 different items in it. When pickling the chicken, make sure you have thin strips of chicken, as thick ones will not taste good. It also takes up to 1 hour to cook, but in most cases you will need to cook for 30-35 minutes. It's easy to clean, but when cooking with chicken, you need to soak the pan because the chicken meat will stick to the pan a little bit, but it's easy to clean by hand. I also have a 13 year old son who loves the taste of the food and it's so healthy and the kids can help out with this steamer. I just love it because you don't have to cook on the stove, just pour in water and plug in and let it boil so easily.
