This is a good tool. I bought it to use for a special project and I gave it to him straight out of the box with 5 days of torture and he passed with flying colors. Built like the proverbial brick toilet and the fantastic ergonomics allow you to work for hours without getting tired. The included air regulator was a HUGE selling point for me and a must have for the finer details of your work. Remove the o-ring on the air fitting as mine leaked right away. Instead, install tubing tape for a better seal and you're done. When you first connect everything and are ready to use it, tighten the trigger to get it working, after that it's easy to pull. I am very satisfied with this tool, highly recommended.
