It’s not life changing but does the job for me. I’m 5 months pregnant and work a retail job that requires me to wear "3 pieces” to work everyday. This is lightweight enough that I can manage it with a tank top in the summer and not get super overheated. It has a funny smell that only partially went away after a wash. I did size down after seeing many people say the arms were baggy. It’s a bit sheer but not entirely see through
