I love that you can create multiple courses to customize your learning experience with any given client or prospect! This allows us to provide different content depending upon their needs vs what we would prefer to teach them in our own classroom environment. The ability to have clients come into class via webinar is nice as well because it gives me more flexibility when scheduling classes. My only dislike has been some of my older users not having access to certain programs due to compatibility issues (even after upgrading). It also took longer than expected at first but now seems like they are getting faster. So far so good. We've found this product to be very useful tool for providing quality education/training sessions within various industries. It is easy to use and has all the tools we need to help our customers. It is also very easy to set up and customize to our needs. I have nothing I dislike about this product. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a virtual IT lab solution. It was a great fit for us right off the bat. I have solved the issue of virtualized IT labs with our customers. It has been a huge success.
