Love how easy it is to use, looks solid and easy to manoeuvre, especially with extensions and different attachments for different purposes. I got this so I can clean the cracks in the sliding door and windows. I'm glad I did this as it loosens and removes sticky dirt with ease. After steaming, I just wipe off the dirt, like oil. This is good for small jobs as only 150ml of water is recommended and you cannot open the chamber until it has cooled. Overall this is a good product!
