There are some problems. Lenovo definitely didn't do all the homework here. Make sure you update the firmware otherwise it won't work for you at all. Even if you can connect three monitors to it, you cannot connect additional USB devices or all monitors will flicker after a while. Although they seem to return after a few moments, it's annoying. I didn't have this problem with two monitors.
