I should have read the reviews on this before buying. I was so amazed by its elegant design that I didn't even think about it. Since I've already made holes in my wall and it doesn't look too bad, I guess I'll live with it. You can't just pull out paper towels with one hand. You need to hold both ends of the paper towel to pull out the paper without tearing it. Another alternative would be to take the paper out from the top as it doesn't have a lid. If paper could come out smoother this would be an amazing product. Too bad so sad.
