I like the concept of the system, to schedule shifts and keep track of open positions to fill. I don't like that the system takes a lot of my customer service time because I have to look up information that I already know. I wish the system would ask me questions or give you the option to select if I want to go off of something that I already know or look up. Try it! NC Smart Call is perfect for staffing, it helps make the process of scheduling relief more efficient and makes sure we have enough staff for our operations. I like the ability to assign multiple people to the same shift. There is a lot of information to navigate to get started. I would like to be able to have more information on the shifts I am assigning. I also would like to be able to have a more user friendly interface. I like the fact that I can assign shifts and then see when they are available for me to use. I am able to use this to schedule my own time off.
