Review on Zippin by Justin Ferguson

I love that it allows me to have my own personal customer service agent whenever i need one! It makes life so much easier for myself as well since sometimes when working with your average CSR, they can be very unhelpful or simply don't know what you're talking about if you aren;t familiar enough in their system (or even worse - just plain rude.) This is fantastic because now we are able not only solve all of our issues but also make sure these customers feel like valued members at every step along way which improves future interactions/customer satisfaction etc..
