Zippin Review

I love that it allows me to have my own personal customer service agent whenever i need one! It makes life so much easier for myself as well since sometimes when working with your average CSR, they can be very unhelpful or simply don't know what you're talking about if you aren;t familiar enough in their system (or even worse - just plain rude.) This is fantastic because now we are able not only solve all of our issues but also make sure these customers feel like valued members at every step…

I have worked with zippy for about 3 years now, they are always looking out to improve their service level offering in order get more customers which is very commendable! They do offer great customer support from sales team who will guide you through your requirement if not satisfied then we can escalate it as well so that there might be resolution at some point of time or another but my experience has been really good till date!! So far everything seems okay nothing much negative feedbacks…
