Wow, these cork balls are AMAZING! I read something a while ago and the author stated that for bunion and arch pain relief, she uses cork massage balls to ease the discomfort. I was a bit skeptical. As it turned out, I was wrong. I ordered them for the small size 2 inches. You are perfect! I work on my feet all day and when I get home my feet are ready for the cold. I use them after I get out of the shower and they seem to release any tight spots and kinks in my foot. I roll every inch of my foot with these things. It only takes a few minutes before bed. But when I wake up in the morning, I don't feel like I have to waddle until I get my feet under me in the morning. When I use them at night I have less pain and stiffness.
