I ordered two of these tables. The threaded insert required for assembly was missing on one leg. The other was cut incorrectly so the threaded mounting holes in the leg didn't line up with the holes in the table body. Both tables had the mounting pin hole on the drawer handle trim in the wrong place, causing the panel to block the handle mounting hole. I called Ashley's support and waited for almost an hour, constantly saying someone would be with me soon. The message then switched to a message that their customer service department was closed. more than 15 minutes before the stated closing time. Luckily I was pretty handy and was able to attach the scissors to one leg, make a threaded insert for the other and drill new mounting holes for the drawer handle pads. Ready-made spreadsheets are fine, but if you're not good at this type of work, you might want to consider someone else's spreadsheets.
