Easy to install, but the phone's position won't stay in place.

I like the device and it was easy to install but my phone position does not stay in place. I'm riding my bike through Chicago with some pretty big potholes, and all the bumps keep the phone sliding down. I can't tighten the rear hinge anymore, in case anyone cares. I believe it would be better for those who drive on smoother roads.
