This is the first time my cat has been put in a carrier and not pooped! Even if I take him in the car for 5 minutes, he'll shit himself. Everyone. Lonely. Time. I put him in a large cat/small dog carrier with a top opening and he didn't struggle. I closed the lid and zipped it up and after a 30 minute drive the trunk was 100% free! He was also very calm on the road. I think being able to sit and not being crammed into a small (short) space makes a big difference. It is also very convenient to take with you. The frame feels solid so the stretcher doesn't bend or feel fragile, which I think also gave my cat some comfort. It's well done. Very happy with my purchase!
