Bought for my 2 year old who cuts her hair at school so she can practice at home. She has some trouble holding and moving it, but will likely improve with time. They cut their hair so the reviews saying otherwise are not true. He doesn't "just" cut my hair, he cuts off a few strands of my hair on the first try. I didn't cut the small piece of fabric, but since it cut the hair so easily I didn't want to try further. Definitely still happy with the purchase as it suits the needs and she wouldn't be able to hurt herself. I just want to let parents know that they RULE the hair, so keep that in mind when babysitting your kids.
