Review on XTOOL D8BT 2022: Bi-Directional Control, ECU Coding, OE Full Diagnosis & More! by Dexter Pullen

Without a doubt the best high performance scanner on the market!

Firstly I've been using car scanners since 1982 so I've seen them all come and go. This is a retail quality flatbed scanner with Bluetooth connectivity. Bluetooth is surprisingly fast, I would even say I saw very little lag between Bluetooth and my old snap-on cable scanner. The software is very technical and has features that you only find in very expensive scanners like Snap-on, Mac, Matco and Autel. Also, the latest snap-on scanner was just over $5,000, and you had to pay about $750 a year for subscriptions and updates, and there were no free years! With this scanner I got three unlimited updates at no extra charge and no subscription limit at the end of three years, which means the scanner works just as well as ever, just no new vehicle information or ongoing software changes. As someone who has used everything from home to professional scanners and dealer scanners, I would compare this software to being as user-friendly as any. The models in question are some of the best out there, and the bi-directional capabilities are definitely on par with the best scanners. This scanner is suitable for a mechanic on a budget who is just starting out but wants superior equipment, a very advanced self-taught mechanic who needs all the professional features, or a retired mechanic like me who just still works a lot. in itself, the highest quality and functionality of a modern diagnostic system scanner is used and required. I would definitely recommend this scanner to anyone with absolutely no issues and the support from the company has been amazing! And yes, they answer you very quickly!
