When we first opened it, there was a film of grease on the projector packaging that looked like someone tried to wipe it clean but didn't finish the job. The projector was fine so we plugged it in but then we noticed a small puddle in the car that didn't move when tilted and made an awful very loud hum so we didn't leave it on long enough to see how long would it take for it to stop making noise. that noise. We assumed that we received a used/defective projector. At first we wanted to exchange it because we got it as a daily deal but the only option was to get a refund and return it. So we sent it back. Damn. Although customer service was nice.
