My stamina and recovery have increased!

My Xjus Creatine arrived quickly as advertised. I used the powder right before training and right after as recommended. I felt energized during my HIIT workouts and was able to get more work done. My recovery was quick and I still felt energetic with no fatigue. The amount to use is very small (that's great!) and the taste was slightly acidic. I put my scoop in a sports bottle and filled it with cold water. Easy and quick to use. Will buy again.
