It lacks the ability to send correctly.

It was a Christmas present at first. My wife has wanted this template for a long time. When I received it it was in a cardboard sleeve that was just over half the size. When I pulled the template out there was a very nice crease in the middle. To put it mildly, I was angry. But I calmed down and did my best to make the fold as useful as possible. She still loved it and says it can be used but we'll see. I don't know if it was the manufacturer or Revain that packaged it, but whoever it is must instill a little care in what they do.
