I love these shoes! I wear size 9.5-10, I bought size 41, they fit perfectly. My feet are medium wide. Maybe a little tight but I think if you have wider feet they will fit as well. Just adjust the straps. My fingers can easily move inside the sock. In terms of arch support, I don't have a lot of arch support, so I don't need that kind of support. I cannot provide any information on this. I only need these shoes for cycling as I don't have my own bike so I don't mind that the clips aren't recessed. If you want to wear them outside on a real bike, you can buy shoes with recessed cleats to make walking easier. All in all the perfect shoe for cycling. Highly recommended!
