Bought a TV from a friend when I was moving and lost the remote control while moving. I went to the store and bought a Phillips universal remote and it worked fine for a couple of years but then my 9 month old daughter decided her favorite thing to chew on was the remote so I decided to buy a remote. a real remote control for my tv, disinfect the old one and give it to her. To be honest, I didn't know my TV had all these features. This remote worked great and I didn't have to program it. Finally I can use all Smart TV functions and my daughter is happy that she has her own remote control.
