The customer service is really good! They always reply to my emails within minutes which makes me feel more confident using their system as I know that they are there for assistance when needed; sometimes it takes days between responses but still better than nothing at all i guess? Sometimes things get stuck in your account (maybe due issues with other clients) so be patient or you might have some trouble getting them up again if need arises -.- It's very helpful having an easy way of renewing domains/subdomains since everything can't necessarily work 100% correctly even from time-totime because this site deals mainly online hence why problems occurr nowdays.
