When I first received this mini laptop, it was very slow and took a long time to boot up. This is one of the slowest laptops I've ever used. I was only able to load one game because the memory was filling up really fast for some reason, but oddly that was the only thing that wasn't slow. It took at least 5 minutes to find things as it took forever to download and the mouse that came with it didn't work either. and the charger was very short. Bear in mind the size of this laptop as it was a lot smaller than I thought it would be. I don't recommend buying this laptop at this price point much more than it should have been. I sent it back very quickly.
