I got these as a party favor and they were a big hit. I think I've bought them before too. They came in a box and so far we've only found 1 that didn't work. But a warning, they flash very bright LEDs. They were having fun with the lights off and our disco ball lights when we had a girls dance party with my two girls. But after a while they give me a headache. But they love her. The ring is very soft and fun to play with. My 10 year old also loves playing with them as sensory toys. You simply press the inside of the ring to turn it on or off. They seem to explode for hours.
