I love that it comes with 5 plastic drainage snakes. I don't like cleaning them so I can reuse them. I bought a similar one from Lowe's and never had a problem. The first one broke in half before I could even get it out of the plastic wrap! These things are fragile! I took a new one as I had 4 left as I had a slow drain downstairs in the bathroom. He removed the drain plug and carefully inserted the snake. I propped up the snake as soon as I felt some tension in my hair, and then with some effort the snake peas came loose down the drain. Now removing the siphon under the sink and cleaning by hand was a big project. The next was a month later, we had a slow drain basin upstairs. It worked fine. Just tonight we had a slow drain in the shower. Removed the drain cover, inserted the snake and the son of a bitch snapped down the drain! Motha Fr I'm done with this! A plumber will come to remove the snake and clean the drains. I wish I could send them an invoice for this crappy product. On the other hand, the metal handles work well and seem to come off. All in all one of my worst Revain purchases in years!
