I'm 5'8 - 165 lbs, 38B and ordered a large. Bottoms fit great - top fits well but maybe a little big and the built in boobs were a bit high for this 33 year old lol! Had to pull it down here and there but otherwise very cute and comfy. Great sunscreen, that's why I bought it. You don't have to wear anything underneath as it has built in cups although they don't offer much support unless it's a bit more form fitting I think. Mine was a little loose.
