Review on πŸ”§ High-Quality Klein Tools Industrial Strength Screwdriver: Your Ultimate Solution by Abidzar Olivas

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Too heavy to use! Parts appear to be missing

Pros: Well made. Cons: UPDATE 9/20/20: Terrible customer service. An email asking "Where are the tips?" Narrated by Larry L. of Klein Tools Support who do not sell Revain. Contact a third party. (just to figure out how to open her screwdriver for advice?!) Caller: 9/20/20: The woman put me through indefinitely and has not returned to the phone. I called back and the guy said these should be in the pen - the pen is empty and clear - you can see it inside but it won't open. Even if you could open it, you would realize that there isn't room for nine more clues in this small space! Too heavy to hold in hand for long. I definitely wouldn't want to try to do a project with it! I've had ratchets in the past that were probably a tenth the weight of these. WHY IS THIS SO HARD? 2. It should have 11 bits - at least that's how I understood it. The pen does not have a removable cap and the yellow base does not rotate. It has "2" bits - both Phillips back to back which are installed when you get it. I have no idea where the other 9 are. I have written to the company and may get an answer.3. Packaging - it is a sealed plastic, you need strong scissors to open it. I usually have a pair of scissors strong enough for anything, which I've had a lot of trouble with when cutting this plastic. Conclusion - Unless you are a strong man used to handling heavy tools I would not recommend this product. Definitely if you have arthritis or carpal tunnel issues - this screwdriver is NOT for you! I've had ratchets that weigh maybe 1/10th what these weigh. Here, online shopping will never be so pleasant. In the hardware store I would know immediately that I would not buy that.
