Review on Experience Deep Meditation With Mindplace Kasina DeepVision Bundle Light & Sound System by Nichole Long

I am suffering from intense PTS and I have taken TM; I am trying to meditate as much as I can which isn't enough so a friend suggested MindPlace Kasina and I thought I bought the bundle and I didn't -- so I recommend the bundle but the experience is with the Deep Vision glasses --- the larger enclosed glasses are far superior -- you can keep your eyes open or closed with these not the more minimal glasses that resemble sunglasses -- those you keep your eyes closed.I just go to "meditation" and hit "deep silence" which is about 15 minutes -- perhaps the shortest and it is slow and mellow. I am so devastated -- I was savagely attacked at the doctors' and my mind replays what happened over and over including the NYPD their role also deeply disturbing so this helps me to take a time out.I have never done drugs but the soft blue violet colors I have with the deep vision and the pulsing made me think of almost being inside my body -- almost on a cellular level pulsing. I really like when it completely shuts off at the end and goes dark -- there is this extra deep peace -- peacefully feeling.My Mom is dying from Parkinson's -- it has been hellish for her and as a family member to witness her deterioration. I fear the PTS from the savage assault, the violence and lies as well as the pile up of crimes from the MD's office to the NYPD and Internal Affairs has really harmed my health. I have gained a lot of weight but only around my tummy. I barely sleep since the attack which is now 3 and a half years. I am suing both the NYPD and the MD etc. I am so worn out. I really feeling an urgent need to rest my mind. Those big white glasses are like an amazing gentle light show. I have a lot to learn about using these but I like the 15 minute mediation very much.I contacted Kasina directly when I realized the mistake I made not ordering this pack -- the customer support there was very good and kind. I really like this.
