I saw a guy get mad at a company for calling a product cheap. It's a belt, it works, and they offer a wide range of colors. So I made the TARDIS think it was "brighter than turquoise" like in the picture. What was delivered was navy blue so I wanted to send it back. The company contacted me and told me to keep the one I wanted to return and that they would send me another one (closer to what I was looking for). I received the package and it contained 2 different colors, one matched what I was looking for and the other was a nice gift. The person who wrote to me was very polite and went out of his way to make sure I was happy.
