I like the shower head. Ease of installation. The tool they send doesn't fit the nut to tighten it. Just use yours. But I really bought it mainly for the hand. I have a smaller shower and the one that came with it I couldn't adjust where the jet was very good. With this I can set it up to hit the middle of the shower like a rain shower head and have all the different settings. It is also very easy to set up for my 6 year old granddaughter. The reason kids don't like showers is because of the shape of the jet. by the time it reaches them it is so big that they have no control over keeping it off their face when washing/rinsing their hair. If the shower head is lower, it is more in line with how your shower works. While most people have a rain shower head, they also have access to a traditional or manual one. You can also get the same result with a shower rod, but it's MUCH cheaper.
