Review on Survox by Cre Soto

It is an easy tool for managing our calls in order of priority so we can easily do this without having it all over spreadsheets or folders! The interface could be better but I think that would make things harder rather not easier? If someone wants something simple they should definitely give survoX another shot as there are many other tools out their which have much deeper features (but those tend towards being complicated). We use survivorx mainly because of its simplicity however some people might find less complexity appealing; if your looking into using just one system then try different options first until u get what works best within ur own operation/needs etc.
