Extremely impressed. Bought this "used" from G-Overstock. The box arrived in not very good condition, but the monitor itself is in brand new condition and has only lasted 62 hours. No dead or stuck pixels, no scratches and no regrets. I used to have an LG 34gp83-A and liked it so much that I decided to take it to the next level with LG's 38 inch model. any frame rate. Response time is fantastic too. The screen real estate is excellent, really hits the spot. With the 34" screen I wanted a little more height, the 38" offers that. Colors seem a little better than the 34GP83-AContrast a little better than the 34GP83-A (at least in my opinion) I wouldn't use the RGB ring on the back use it, but it's very pretty in the dark, just wish it was a little brighter. The price is definitely not 2 times more expensive than 34GP83-A, use made this pill easier to swallow. weak compared to VA and OLED panels Not really as important as it sounds, if you're gaming in a well-lit room it's almost imperceptible HDMI 2.0 only - work laptop runs at 75Hz when using this input. Think that this will be hard to beat for years to come until ultra-wide OLEDs become a reality.
