I bought these for my 8 year old for the winter in Wisconsin. She doesn't really like wearing them, but I hope she lets them grow. I loved how long the gloves were to better cover the wrist area, but didn't realize we were sacrificing finger length! I tried these gloves on (and actually wore them while playing in the snow) and they kept my hands DRY and WARM for 35 minutes while we were outside. I immediately noticed that the entire length of my finger wasn't in that part of the glove, although it's uncomfortable, so I think maybe she doesn't like them either.
