Review on Serta Queen Size ThermaGel Memory Foam Mattress Topper by Kenny Outlaw

So disgusting. Received a used item. I had an uneasy feeling when I opened it and saw that it wasn't as compact as the previous one I ordered a few years ago and was poorly wrapped in cling film. Then I turned it over and saw body hair (pictured) under the packaging and what appeared to be a melted piece of foam. I was hoping there wasn't much feedback about them receiving a used item but got the same. Revain refunded my money and let me get rid of it instead of sending it back. Will be ordering again as I really need a mattress topper and love the Serta quality but I'm praying the second one arrives new.
