lots of pockets and compartments are a requirement for my handbag. I like categorizing things so I can find them easily, especially when I'm driving or need to tell someone where to find something in my purse. :-) This wallet is definitely for you in that regard. I have to say although it has many pockets, my last purse had a few pockets that I will miss. But overall I like it! I like the soft material - it feels more like a duffel bag than most hard shell bags. I'm not crazy about all that shiny metal - zippers, accents, etc. I think the "weak link" of this wallet will be the flimsy lining material. Whenever I had a purse with this lining, it would tear quickly and all of the contents would start hiding between the lining and the purse - when it had to be thrown away. To slow this process down, I bought pouches and other things to put "sharps" in. Eventually it will wear out, but hopefully I'll have lived in it for a few years by then. I suspect that the outer material will survive the inner lining. I love the feature that allows it to be used as both a crossbody and a tote, but with that comes rings that just "dangle" when not being used as a crossbody, but that's not the main issue. I also like its smaller size; As a "petite" person, big bags look weird on us petite women and it was so hard to find a bag that was 12 inches long. This one is perfect for that!
