This shirt fits to size and is light air wicking, but the material is somewhat insulated. This a shirt my husband uses in a correctional setting & it is flexible and stretches. The arm area fits a little tight but it does allow for movement. The color is not solid grey but has a blue/brown hue. The style allows you to wear it with jeans or work pants. The quality is good and comfortable.
