Edit: I contacted Eonon support and they were very helpful in solving my problem. I'm leaving my initial review below for reference, but installing the relay sent fixed my problem. I would definitely recommend this product if you are willing to do some work on your vehicle. While not specifically required, I removed the glove box, interior trim, rear seat floor, trunk lid trim, and trunk handle, and manipulated some of the trim panels and edges to hide and route wiring around the car. The end result is that next to the external connection between the trunk and the decklid, my wiring is completely hidden. I installed this camera on my 2008 Audi A4 with a GA9158A head unit hooked up to the reversing lights (edit and a 12v battery lead) when reversing. Although I had initial concerns, the cable length supplied was perfect and light to hide. The bad: In order to place the camera in an acceptable and unobtrusive location, I had to strategically drill and mill and seal the resulting gap with silicone. I initially held it in place with the supplied screws, but after struggling to get a good angle and snapping off the heads of both, I found it much more convenient to just use 3M double sided tape (see picture). With the headlights off, I get choppy video with lots of flickering, freezing, and black screens. That makes it useless, but as mentioned above, turning on the headlights helps. I suspect a voltage issue is preventing a stable picture without the headlights on, I'm working on that.
