The camera works fine but there is a stain inside, I call support and tell them about it, they asked me if I removed the film from the lenses, me have been working with different brands and I you know what to do I also have the front camera but it doesn't work and for some reason I can't review this product.

Image quality is good but not great at night due to the lack of infrared but still works as intended. Installation was ok, it's not difficult but limited to this angle. I have this on my '09 crown and I have to place it well outside of my license plate light which causes it to stick out of my trunk because it has to do with the angle limitation. But so far it's a good rear camera.

Do not buy this backup camera. This is a piece of junk, although tech support is available no one has been able to talk to me about installing it. All the technical support comes from someone from abroad and they keep giving you excuses and the language barrier of a foreign specialist is another hurdle to overcome. As of today 14th February 2020 I have not installed it or got it working, I will just accept the loss, throw it away and buy another one from a more reputable company.

The image quality is actually quite good. The installation instructions weren't very good, but YouTube saved the day. The camera itself is said to be waterproof, but the case fell apart right out of the box. I had to re-glue it before installing. The camera angle can be adjusted manually, but does not remain still. After driving for a while, it starts to slope down, giving a good view of the ground but not what's behind the car. So if you want a camera that will fall apart, may not be…

Edit: I contacted Eonon support and they were very helpful in solving my problem. I'm leaving my initial review below for reference, but installing the relay sent fixed my problem. I would definitely recommend this product if you are willing to do some work on your vehicle. While not specifically required, I removed the glove box, interior trim, rear seat floor, trunk lid trim, and trunk handle, and manipulated some of the trim panels and edges to hide and route wiring around the car.
