Guess you get what you pay for. I bought two. The spout on one of them was crooked. Me didn't notice this until they installed it and noticed no water going to the center of the sink then I clearly saw the spout was crooked the other didn't have this problem the other thing I don't like is that They are a bit noisy. When the water is running at full blast there is a piercing noise on the cold water side. Vibration on the hot side. I checked the pressure in the house and at 65 it's fine Flush to reduce the pressure and eliminate the vibration on the hot side and reduce the noise on the cold side.They look very nice that's why I gave them three stars.Hope Chances are they won't fall apart in a few years. Update: had downgrading to 1 star R came loose then handle fell off. It looks like there is no glue. I had to seal the nut with epoxy. Probably the worst faucet I've ever bought.
