The ability to have multiple people working from different locations at once within one application is great for our organization. We can now see who's available when we need them. It also helps us know what their availability will be during certain times of day so that we don't call them out of hours if they are already busy or not able to take calls then. I wish there was an option to schedule meetings through this app as well but it seems like you would have to pay extra for that feature which makes sense because other applications do offer those features. If you're looking for something to manage your team communications (i.e. assigning tasks, checking availability) Communiate does the trick! Having all my staff members use the same program allows me to keep everyone organized and easily accessible when needed. Also, having everything in one place has made keeping track of time off extremely easy. This saves a lot of paperwork and hassle.
