I received an email directly from the CEO apologizing for the broken pen and they assured me they would deal with the QA department directly had to do. I received a new bag in the mail and a full refund. I've only used it once so far and can't tell if I like the bag because it was free or because it hasn't broken yet. Here's what I can report after one use: It was great. I've hung it in the shower at the gym and even have my iPhone SE in my side pocket so I can listen to music in the shower. The bag itself is spacious and holds all my stuff: hand and body lotion, shampoo and conditioner, shower gel, deodorant, shower cap, washcloth, hair clips, sunscreen and comb. The handle must be able to support the weight of anything spacious enough to fit in the bag as advertised. It also dries very quickly after being splashed in the shower, which is important to me as I don't want mold to develop on it between uses. This is exactly what I was looking for. As long as it continues to work as expected, I'll give it five stars. ---Old review: I've been looking for bags online for a long time and decided on this one. I felt like an optimist. Feels cheaply made. The handle broke and I didn't use it once. I'm giving them a second chance as it could be an accident. I'm returning this one and getting a new one. I will update the review as soon as I get the next one.
