Doesn't stick securely. Used for boxes when moving. Most of it came out of the boxes unless applied VERY, VERY firmly and with a lot of friction. And even after being exposed to the slightest bit of moisture on a cool, damp day in the garage - falling out of boxes where they won't be pressed to the floor or onto other boxes or tanks. I have been a dedicated 3M user for many years. but this thread is bullshit. I don't know if it's old or something is wrong with the production. All I know is that as I bought a pack of 6 replacement tapes and didn't have time to play around with NOT tape, I couldn't rely on the product I bought. I had to buy some scotch from a small yellow waterfowl brand to use instead. AND IT WORKS GREAT! I would recommend this brand over 3M based on that experience and some previous experience with 3M's not-so-tacky tape.
